The Ginger Lemon scones are probably my favorite! I think I’ve bought the most packages of this flavor. It’s definitely a crowd pleaser. These scones are filled with large chunks of ginger, and just the right amount of lemon flavor without any tartness. The texture is somewhere between bread & cake - rich & indulgent. I suppose one could smear a gingery-lemon icing or glaze on the warm scones, if you really want to “dress them up,” but they’re great “naked.” A batch barely makes it through the day they’re made! 🩷🩷🩷
