About This Key Lime Pie Premium Scone Mix
The Scone Goddess Key Lime Pie premium scone mix brings the signature balance of tart citrus and sweet cream into a format that's even better at breakfast than it is after dinner. We use real lime that gives a bright, tart taste balanced against creamy white chocolate chips and crunches of graham cracker crust.
Like all of our mixes, making it couldn't be simpler: fold in heavy cream, cut into triangles, separate and bake. Twenty minutes from opening the bag to pulling golden scones from the oven. Never dry. Never crumbly. No butter, no eggs and no scone pan needed.
Finish them with a simple powdered sugar and lime glaze for an elevated flavor. These are exceptional at brunch, afternoon tea, or anywhere you need to be the hero.

I knew putting cream in the mix would develop a delicious scone. I was correct. I’m sure if you try them you will love them.
Key Lime Pie scones are my new favorite. I can taste the graham crackers and the lime. And the recipe for the lime glaze on the package adds just the right tang.

I spoon drop the mix onto parchment paper and baste to confection sugar lime mix on each one. They are so good with just the right amount lime flavor.
