  • Are the raspberries in this mix real?

    Yes — unlike other scone mixes out there, we use real freeze-dried raspberries, not artificial flavoring, extract, or "raspberry pieces". You'll see them in the dough and taste them in every bite.

  • Can I add a glaze to these scones?

    You certainly can, but we don't think it's needed! In our flagship bakery, we don't serve a glaze on our raspberries & cream scones. However, we recommend a vanilla glaze if you want a little flair.

  • What do I need to add to make these scones?

    Just Add Cream! No butter, no eggs, no scone pan. Empty the bag, pour in cream, mix, cut into wedges, and bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes (oven times vary).

  • How much cream do I use?

    Most mixes take 1 and ¼ cups heavy cream. The measurement is on the back of the bag, but sometimes you will need to drizzle some cream until the mix comes together.
