My friend gave me the coconut chocolate chip mix for Christmas. I loved them so I went online and ordered the vanilla chocolate chip and maple mixes as well. All 3 are delicious and so easy to make! The maple could be made even better by adding cinnamon I think. I will definitely keep trying all the flavors!

Honest review from someone who would NEVER eat, much less buy or bake scones... BUY THESE!!! I LOVE sweets. Pastry, cookies, cakes... I have a sweet tooth that keeps my dentist in business. But offer me scones... no thank you. I'll pass every time. My boyfriend LOVES scones. I tasted these at SOWA simply based on the fact he wouldn't try them and the reactions around the table were positive. I thought I was going to politely smile, turn and try to spit it in a napkin while searching for a drink to moisten my mouth. I was ready!!! I took one bite and... what kind of sorcery was this? I asked, out loud, "These are scones?" Followed by, "These aren't scones. I don't like scones." They were YUMMY!!! But I was still skeptical I wouldn't be able to make them as good as the ones I tasted. They had to have done something secret to make them this good. I bought 6 bags because I couldn't decide which ones (and that's the kind of shopper I am at these events). Also, the people selling were so friendly.
It's been one month and I made my first bag of scones. Raspberries and cream. I come from a long line of bakers. Grew up in family owned bakeries. Baking doesn't scare me but I didn't inherit the love for it my ancestors had. Give me something quick and easy with limited ingredients and I'll have high doubts it will edible but I have been looking at these bags and honestly just wanted to start to get rid of them. It was easy enough. Just followed the super simple directions and kept waiting for where it would go wrong. It didn't!! My boyfriend ate 4 in one day. I had one. They were DELICIOUS!!! It is now the next morning and I had one with my coffee, as did he. They might have been even better today. Here are just a few of the problems I've discovered...
1) Who gets the last scone?
2) How do I stop myself from making another bag already? How soon is too soon? How many is too many?
3) How do I chose the next flavors? And is it wrong to order them already?
4) I want to gift these bags but I also want people to think I inherited the family baking gene. These make me question my moral judgment.

I could list more but I need to stop thinking about SCONES!!! OK, truth be told, I want to go put in my order for more.

I do have one suggestion for the Goddess... could you please put on your website or Facebook ways to enhance the scones. (Maybe it's there and I just missed it). For example, it was recommended to add bacon to the maple scones. (That's what sold me on the maple flavor). But there was another idea you shared with me that I can't remember about a flavor that was sold out. I can't remember the flavor or suggestion but I remember being sooo disappointed even though it was a flavor I wouldn't typically buy. Maybe it was savory??
I'm sure they're great all on their own but putting these little tips with the product would be great for the customer and for marketing as you had me wanting to buy 2 bags just with the 2 tips/tricks you briefly mentioned.

This is my favorite of all the scone mixes. And I do the glaze that’s recommended on the packaging.

These are excellent! Really easy to make, and they last several days. Just reheat.
