About This Gluten Free Scone Mix
Most gluten free mixes rely on a single flour substitute and hope for the best. Ours doesn't. Our Gluten Free Scone Mix base is built on a proprietary blend of gluten free, allergen free flours — a formulation we developed specifically to produce the texture, tenderness, and crisp edge that makes a scone worth eating.

Like all of our mixes, making it is as simple as it gets: pour in heavy cream, mix, cut into triangles, and bake. Twenty minutes from opening the bag to pulling tender, golden gluten free scones from the oven. Never dry. Never crumbly. Easy to assemble, I added blueberries, and delicious! I put the leftovers in the freezer for a treat on another day.

I just made the gluten free scones today. I didn’t add anything except the cream. I used the scones as the base for my strawberry shortcake. Delicious! The scone was also great alone with just butter. Very light and just the right amount of moist crumb. The scones held together beautifully. I will be ordering again.
Just made these today for New Year’s Day and they are delicious. I added frozen raspberries and blueberries along with some vanilla and they came out perfect. Not too sweet, and cooked up perfectly.
These scones gave me a nice treat for a family pre-holiday breakfast. I added frozen blueberries, vanilla and a sprinkling of sugar on top. My husband and daughter who do not need to eat gluten free but love scones were happy as well. I will be buying again for my next special occasion breakfast!
