What is very strange is that I bought 6 mixes of different flavors . I have only baked one mix and it was the blueberry lemon. So bizarre that I received a survey about only that flavor?!? Anyway, the texture of the scones was wonderful. There were definitely blueberries in the scones but I didn’t detect much lemon flavor. I think a lemon glaze on them would have been delicious.
